Franklin Park Winter Awards Handed Out Wednesday

Franklin Park held their Winter Awards Night.

Coach Levi Quinn for the boys basketball team handed the MVP to Landon Maxey, Trey Clark won the Jim Husk Offensive Player of the Year, Avery Gullion was the John Kohrig Defensive Player of the Year, Payton Gullion was the 2nd leading scorer, team captain and won the Charles Raglin Leadership Award.  Kyler King was the JV Offensive Player and Scout Puricelli the Defensive Award for JV, Silas Lus JV rebounding, Caleb Squibb sportsmanship and Troy Keele the JV Mr Hustle.

For the girls, Mya Russell and Brylee Pennypacker were co-MVP’s with Pennypacker also getting the rebounding award.  Emma Lipe was Most Improved, Kendall Zimmermann the Lady Bobcat Award, Russell was also the Offensive Player of the Year, Addison Lever the Barney Bruce Sportsmanship Award along with the Lady Bobcat Award.  Quinn Wolfe was the 7th grade Offensive POY and Allison Thurman Defensive POY and Maddie Dulaney was the 7th grade rebounding champ.

Caitlynne Bryan received the Cheerleading Leadership Award, Ashlyn Thomason Most Improved, Teagan Lobek Most Spirited Emily Runyon Best Jumps.

For the Dance Team, Aubree Hoagland Best Technique, Mia Burkett and Raegyn Thomas Co-Outstanding Leader Award, Bailee Patten and Kiwi Kuntsman were co-Most Improved.
