The Mater Dei Tournament finished pool play yesterday. Mater Dei split a pair of games beating Metro East Lutheran 66-53 and then falling to CBC 72-41, Breese Central beat McCluer 62-40 but lost to Briarcrest 52-33, Nashville fell to Orchard Farm 57-55 and Mascoutah over Wesclin 39-33.
The trophy games begin today with MEL and McCluer in the 9th place game at 12, Wesclin and Nashville for 7th place at 1:30, Mater Dei and Orchard Farm in the 5th place game at 3, Breese Central will play Mascoutah for 3rd place at 6 before the finals between CBC and Briarcrest.
