An Odin man had bond set at $7,500 during his first appearance in Marion County Court for production of cannabis.
45-year-old Teddy Brown of the 100 block of West Chestnut Street is accused of unauthorized production of 14 cannabis plants. The charge is a Class 4 felony, but Brown faces an enhanced sentence due to a prior conviction in Washington County Court.
