A 34-year-old Salem woman has been arrested by Salem Police for aggravated battery and criminal trespass to property.  Bailey Lyday of East Boone allegedly struck another woman in a disagreement at the Huck’s store.    She reportedly had been trespassed from the store earlier, resulting in the criminal trespass arrest.   Police say the alleged victim did not require hospitalization.   Lyday was taken to the Marion County Jail.

Three others were arrested on outstanding warrants.

  • 42-year-old Jason Phillips of North Miller in Salem was arrested by Salem Police on two outstanding Fayette County warrants.   Phillips was located when police were called to an argument over a bicycle in the 1000 block of North Shelby.   He was taken to the Marion County Jail where he is being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.
  • 41-year-old Tobias Barnes of West Main in Sandoval was arrested on a Marion County misdemeanor warrant by Centralia Police.  He was taken to the Marion County Jail and was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.
  • 51-year-old Misty Horton of Lakeshore Drive in Centralia was arrested by Wamac Police on a Marion County traffic warrant.
