The Salem travel 9u Wildcats will have tryouts for next summer’s team coming up on July 31st at 2 pm at the Salem Little League Complex. The tryouts will be held on the Major’s Field.
South Central High School baseball will hold its first practice at the newly renovated Lions Field in Kinmundy on August 8th. Incoming freshmen or any new player will meet at 5 pm with returning players meeting at 6.
The SC High School volleyball team will also have its first practice on August 8th. Parents are welcome to a tryout informational meeting from 3 to 3:30 with Skills Evaluation/Tryouts going from 3:30-6. Results will be given from 6 to 6:30.
All athletes trying out will need an up-to-date physical and proof of insurance at the first practice. Handbook forms will need to be filled out and the activity fee paid before the first game.
