A 48-year-old Centralia man has been arrested by Wamac Police on a felony failure to appear in court warrant on a pending violation of order of protection case. Timothy Marshall of Clinmar was taken to the Marion County Jail where he is being held in lieu of $30,000 bond.
29-year-old Emily Dailey of North Harrison in Central City was arrested by Central City Police on a Clinton County warrant for failure to appear on a petition to revoke his probation on a possession of methamphetamine case.
33-year-old Lloyd Finley of Marvin Street in Central City was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies on a Clinton County failure to appear warrant in a pending possession of methamphetamine case. Finley posted $750 bond and was released from the Marion County Jail.
32-year-old Blake Stoffel of South Shelby in Vandalia was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies on two outstanding Fayette County warrants. He was later transferred to the Fayette County Jail at Vandalia.
36-year-old Duston McCowen of Wildwood Drive in Mt. Vernon was transported from the Jefferson County Jail to Marion County on an outstanding Marion County traffic warrant. He was later released with time served.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a burglary to a shed in the 1400 block of Fayette Road in Vernon. Three chainsaws and a propane cylinder were reportedly stolen.
