A 41-year-old Centralia man has been charged in Marion County Court with felony criminal sexual abuse after allegedly fondling a person he was in a past relationship with the threat of force.
Dustin Payne of South Maple had bond set at $50,000. He later posted $5,000 cash bond and was released.
The Public Defender was appointed to represent him.
