The Centralia City Council will try again to sell the long vacant Hoffman Hart building at 122 East Broadway, three other sites where substandard homes were torn down as well as an undeveloped site at Raccoon Lake.
The council couldn’t take action at the last meeting because they were missing the mayor and a city councilman and therefore didn’t have the super majority required.
Also back on the agenda for the same reason is a new six year lease with the Canadian National Railroad for property where the city’s water filtration plant sits.
The agenda also includes annexation of property at 1401 South Pine into the city limits.
The meeting begins at six Monday night at Centralia City Hall.
