2023 06/05 – Brenda Donoho

Brenda S. Donoho, age 75 of Salem, passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, MO.

Brenda was born on August 11, 1947, in Centralia, the daughter of James E. and Betty Ann (Evans) Tate.  She married Darrell Wesley Donoho on December 10, 1966, in Alma, and he survives in Salem.

In addition to her husband of 56 years, she is survived by her daughter, Stacey Sharp and husband Darin of Salem; son, Darrell Wesley “Wes” Donoho II and wife Michelle of Salem; grandchildren, Brendan Sharp and wife Krista and Marlee Grace Donoho; great-grandson, Quentin Sharp; and a brother, Ronnie Tate and wife Cindy Lou of Salem.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister-in-law, Glenda Tate; and grandson, Bryton Sharp.

Brenda was of the Baptist Faith.  She was a homemaker and provided a loving home for all of her family and loved her dogs.  Big meals at her house were always loved and enjoyed.  She was a big part of her grandchildren’s lives and took great pride in them.  She will be dearly missed by all that knew her.

A Celebration of Life for Brenda S. Donoho will be held at Noon on Monday, June 5, 2023, at Crouse Funeral Home in Salem with Bill Prince officiating.  Burial will be in Peaceful Valley Cemetery in Odin.  Visitation will be held from 10:30 am until the time of the service on Monday.  Memorials can be made to the Salem Animal Shelter or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and can be left at Crouse Funeral Home.  Online condolences can be left at www.CrouseFH.com
