Police Beat for Friday, June 3rd, 2022

A 50-year-old Centralia man has been arrested by Centralia Police for possession of meth. Ervin Elliston of Cedar Street was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a decision on formal charges.

A 26-year-old Salem man has been arrested on a no bond Florida warrant for a probation violation. Phillip Simmons of Shingle Oak Drive was taken into custody by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies.

35-year-old Shane Littleton of South Hickory in Centralia was arrested by Wamac Police for resisting arrest and on a Marion County warrant in an aggravated battery to a peace officer and prior resisting arrest charge. Bond on Littleton’s warrant is set at $20,000.

43-year-old Suronna Phelps of West Warmoth in Salem was arrested on a warrant issued on a petition to revoke probation on a prior meth delivery conviction. Bond is set at $10,000.
