Salem Police arrested a Salem man at his home Monday night on a recently issued Marion County warrant for alleged delivery of methamphetamine. James Whisler of East Olive was taken to the Marion County Jail where he is being held in lieu of $30,000 bond.
Central City Police arrested 33-year-old Nathan Page of South Brookside in Centralia for alleged domestic battery and criminal damage to property. He was taken to the Marion County Jail where he was being held pending a decision on formal charges.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a burglary to a locked shed in the 3700 block of Hoots Chapel Road in rural Salem. A number of tools were reported stolen.
