The SC 14u Storm Chasers won the Olney Tournament over the weekend knocking off the Southern Smoke 14u 15-6 in the championship. Trailing 5-0 after the first 1.5 innings, SC scored 10 in the 2nd to pull away. CJ Allison and Brody Collier drove in 2 runs each for SC, Colton Rogers, Hunter Horn and Cody Beard added RBI.
SC got to the title game thanks to Hunter Horn’s walk-off in extra innings to help SC beat the Power Alley Dirtbags 10-9.
This was after SC earned the top seed going 2-0 on Saturday.
