Salem was the site for the girl’s 2a track sectionals yesterday. No Lady Cats qualified for next weekend’s State Meet at Eastern Illinois University.
In the 400m, Salem’s Emmaleigh Brandon and Bella Krajefska each set PR’s, Avery Robinson had a season best time in the 200 and also PR’d in the 100m along with Teyah Cape. Molly Walker was 5th in the shot with a PR.
Centralia’s Kylie Gormann qualified in the triple jump.
