The Salem Lady Wildcats beat South Central last night at Webster Field 12-0. Lilly Blagoue struck out 6 in the win. Bre Thurman went 4-5 with 3 RBI, Makenna Smith hit a 3-run home run, her 5th of the season. Ally Roberts hit a grand slam, her first of the year. For SC, Garrett, Malone, Michel, Smith and Watwood each singled. The Lady Cats will play again today at home against Roxana today.
In the first game last night in Kinmundy, SC beat Flora 10-0. Brooklyn Garrett singled home a run, Lilly Malone homered and drove in 2, Jalyn Michel had 2 hits and 2 RBI, Halle Smith and Ella Watwood also added RBI. The Lady Cougars will host Wayne City and Altamont this afternoon.
