The Centralia City Council received one minimum bid for the city owned Hoffman Hart building at 122 East Broadway at Monday’s City Council meeting.

The $60,000 bid was submitted by Repurpose LLC. City Clerk Kim Enke says the group was put together by the owners of the Crooked Creek Winery in Centralia. She confirmed they did submit a redevelopment plan as required. No details were released at the meeting.

The plan will now be reviewed by the city manager prior to the next city council meeting when action could possibly be taken on the bid.

A second bid was submitted by Todd Wilson for Centralia Moose Lodge 1219, but the $30,000 amount was under the minimum bid of $60,000.
