Police Beat for Friday, May 6th, 2022

Centralia Police arrested a 58-year-old Beloit Wisconsin man for alleged driving under the influence and three other traffic charges after he was stopped driving the wrong way on McCord Street near Poplar Thursday night.

Robert Kasbohm was also ticketed for no insurance, driving the wrong way on a one way street, and illegal transportation of liquor.

Two others were transported back to the Marion County Jail on outstanding failure to appear warrants. 34-year-old Jeremy Toth of Benton is being held in lieu of $20,000 on a pending methamphetamine case. 20-year-old Bryce Hanes of North Broadway in Salem is being held in lieu of $15,000 bond on a domestic battery charge.

Marion County State’s Attorney Tim Hudspeth has announced he does not plan on filing any drug charges at this time against Jerri Gray of Centralia following her arrest on April 29th by Centralia Police.
