Veterinarian Dr. A.J. Sprague will conduct his 37th annual Marion County Rabies Clinic this month.
The clinic provides pet owners an opportunity to comply with the Illinois law that requires the immunization of dogs and cats four months of age or older. The cost of one-year vaccines is $15 and for three-year vaccines $40.
Microchips will be available for $20. Other vaccines will be offered at discounted rates. You will also be able to purchase your Marion County rabies tags.
The first clinics will be held this Saturday, May 7th.

- Kinmundy City Park – 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Alma Village Hall – 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Salem Evergreen Christian Church – noon to 1 p.m.
- Iuka Village Hall – 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Kell Village Hall – 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Walnut Hill Village Hall – 4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday, May 19
- Centralia All Pets Animal Hospital – 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday, May 28
- Patoka Village Hall – 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Odin Village Hall – 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Sandoval Village Hall – 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
- Junction City Village Hall – 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Central City Lions Park – 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Wamac City Park – 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
