North Clay fell to 21-3 with a loss to a very good Triad team 9-3 at Triad. The Cardinals were tied with the Knights at 2 in the sixth when the home team would plate 7 runs to pull away. Bryton Griffy was 2-4 with a run and RBI. Carson Burkett also had 2 hits and drove in a run. Donnie Zimmerman and Brady Ingram scored the other Cardinal runs. Collyn Ballard started for North Clay and went 4 innings allowing 2 runs. Holden Clifton and Griffy also worked in the loss.
