A 22-year-old Salem man had bond set at $25,000 after being charged in Marion County Court on Monday with alleged residential burglary, felony theft and misdemeanor criminal trespass to a residence.
Robert Gott of North Trenary is accused of entering a home in the 200 block of West Warmoth Street and taking a flat screen TV.
If released on bond, Gott was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim, residence, or place of employment.
The public defender was appointed to represent him.
