The Salem 13u went 2-1 at the Okawville Tournament falling to O’Fallon and beating Aviston 5-2 and Washington County Wizards 9-3.
In the win over Aviston, Evan Barnes went 2-3 with a run and 2 RBI, Jaret Gibson had 2 hits and a run. Landen Maxey, Keytin Grawe, Riley Tate and Brendan Smith all scored. Maxey was the winning pitcher going all 7 and allowing just 2 hits and 7 strikeouts.
Aaden Rostance went the distance in the win over the Wizards.
