State Police arrested a 76-year-old Salem man for alleged driving under the influence Friday evening. John Hayes of US 50 was taken to the Marion County Jail where he was later released.
A 21-year-old Iuka man was arrested at the Marion County Probation Office on an outstanding Clinton County felony warrant on pending burglary, theft, and criminal damage to property charges. Wade Morlan of Arnold Road was later transferred to the Clinton County Jail at Carlyle. Bond on the warrant is set at $20,000.
A 51-year-old Vandalia woman, Christine Taylor of South Remann, posted $150 bond and was released on a Shelby County failure to appear warrant. She was arrested by State Police.
