The SC Lady Cougars improved to 12-5 overall and 4-1 in the National Trail with a 19-6 win at Neoga. Ella Watwood was the winning pitcher going 6 innings scattering 9 hits and allowing 3 earned runs. At the plate, Brooklyn Garrett had 5 hits including a double and drove home 3, Laney Webster had 3 hits and a RBI, Lilly Malone drove in 3, Jalyn Michel 2, Watwood 4 hits and 3 RBI, Abbi Shuler and Halle Smith drove in 2 runs each. SC is at home against Altamont this afternoon and then will host Arcola and Edwards County tomorrow.
