A 37-year-old Centralia man has been sentenced to three years in prison after his probation was revoked for possession of a controlled substance.
Joshua Fleming of South Hickory Grove had earlier pleaded guilty to the petition to revoke for failing to undergo drug and alcohol evaluation and following recommended treatment.
In addition to the three year prison term, Judge Mark Stedelin ordered Fleming to serve one year of parole when getting out of jail. He was also given credit for time already served. The judge denied Fleming’s request for a furlough before beginning the prison term.
