The Salem Lady Cats got their first win of the year and gave Coach Elizabeth Barnett her first ever varsity coaching win knocking off East Alton Wood River 8-2.
Mackinzie Mann scored 3 goals all assisted by Sofia Campaseo. It was part of Campaseo’s huge day that finished with 7 assists. Alesia Keller also scored and Areesa Eisenhauer scored 4 goals.
Salem returns to action today at Roxana.
