Selmaville hosted a track meet yesterday.
Central City won the boys meet with 84 points, Selmaville 73 and Bethel 27. Alijah Carroll won the hurdles, Carter Lowe was 2nd in the 400, Austin Woolridge won the 1600, Brenden Smith was 2nd in the 7th grade 100, Rylan Tate 2nd in the 8th grade 100, Kyler Sapp won the 800 and Lowe 2nd in the 200. Woolridge won the high jump, Lowe won the long jump, Tate 2nd in the shot, Gaston 2nd in the JV shot and Tate 2nd in the discus. Selmaville also won the 7th grade 800 meter relay and 1600 relay
Central City also won the girls event with Selmaville 2nd with 63 and Bethel had 37. Veach won the hurdles, Kale Benjamin 2nd in the 400, Veach also won the 100, Johnson won the 800, Benjamin won the high jump and was 2nd in the long jump and won the JV long jump. Snyder won the varsity shot, McProud was 2nd in the jv shot. Selmaville also won the 400 and 1600 meter relay.
