St. Louis Billikens pitcher Chloe Wendling opened A10 conference with a 9-4 extra inning win over Fordham in New York on Monday. Wendling went the distance throwing 9 innings striking out 6. Returning to St. Louis on Tuesday, Billikens faced South Dakota with a 13-6 record on the season. Billikens blank South Dakota with a 3-0 win. Wendling struck out eight while tossing a 3 hit shutout and going the distance striking out the side in the second and had four 1-2-3 innings. Wendling tossed her third shutout along with her third consecutive win.
