Centralia City Manager Scott Randall has announced his intent to resign as City Manager effective March 14th.

Mayor Bryan Kuder says he and the city council intends to designate City Clerk Kim Enke as the Administrative Officer to perform the duties of the City Manager on a temporary basis at the Monday city council meeting.

City Manager Randall, in the news release, said it has been his pleasure to serve the City during his tenure and he is offering his unending support for the betterment of the City in the future.  He started in the position last September.

Mayor Kuder says the Council and himself thank Mr. Randall for serving the City of Centralia. They are grateful for his contributions and the leadership he has provided during his time in Centralia.   Kuder says they wish Mr. Randall the very best in his future endeavors.

Kuder says he has great confidence in City Clerk Kim Enke. She is dedicated to the community and has the professional and leadership experience that is needed during this transition. She has worked for the City of Centralia for almost 9 years. Kuder says Enke’s familiarity with both the operations of the City and the duties will allow her to lead the city during this time.

Kuder says Centralia is fortunate to have Enke and the many other dedicated department heads and staff throughout the City working towards the advancement of Centralia.
