Police Beat for Thursday, March 10th, 2022

Salem Police arrested 21-year-old Mason Allison of South Broadway in Salem for alleged battery. Police report that Allison had struck a 16-year-old male juvenile at their workplace. Allison was taken to the Marion County Jail where he later posted $150 bond.

Three others were arrested on outstanding failure to appear in court warrants. 22-year-old Dylan Branon of Richmond Heights Mobile Home Park in Central City was arrested on a Marion County failure to appear warrant on a pending felony domestic battery charge as well as on an outstanding Clay County felony
failure to appear warrant. Bond on the warrants total $25,000.

46-year-old Rebecca Osborne of Brookside Avenue in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on a failure to appear warrant in a pending possession of methamphetamine case. Bond is set at $15,000. 30-year-old Kelia Linder of Choteau Avenue in rural Odin was arrested on a failure to appear warrant in an
aggravated battery to a police officer case. Bond is set at $10,000.  54-year-old Gerald Moon of North Broadway in Salem was given a notice to appear in court for driving on a revoked license.

Salem Firemen were called to a residence at Salem Mobile Home Park on Wednesday afternoon where a four-year-old boy had his foot stuck in a floor vent. Firemen were able to lift up the plastic vent cover to free his foot. Reports indicate the boy was not injured.
