The KC basketball games at home with Rend Lake were canceled due to the weather yesterday. The Blue Angels will open up the Region 24 Tournament on Sunday as the 6-seed when they open with #3 Vincennes. The winner will play either #2 Rend Lake or #7 Lincoln Trail.
In other first round games on Sunday, 4th seed John A Logan opens with #5 Shawnee and top-ranked Wabash Valley waits the winner of Friday’s play-in game featuring #8 SWIC and #9 Olney Central.
