Tonight is Regional Championship night in prep girls basketball. The 2a title will be played for at Salem tonight when top-seed Teutopolis takes on Robinson at 7pm. They will do the 3-point shooting contest before the game. Shooting for Salem tonight will be Natalie Lee, Lauren Burge, Olivia Fehrenbacher and Emma Gregg.
Also in 2a, Carterville and DuQuoin play at Anna, Clinton hosts Paris, Freeburg hosts Mater Dei in a big matchup, Fairfield plays the hosts at Marshall, Marquette and Staunton play from Roxana.
In 3a, the Centralia Annies will play for the Herrin Regional title against state ranked Mattoon at 7pm. Also tonight, Civic Memorial hosts East St Louis and Lincoln takes on Centennial at Champaign Central.
In 1a games at Altamont, the hosts take on Neoga, Carlyle hosts Father McGivney, Webber is at Christopher and Dupo welcomes 2nd ranked in state Okawville for that regional championship.
In large schools tonight at Belleville West, O’Fallon takes on Collinsville and Edwardsville will host Alton.
