A 29-year-old rural Odin woman has been arrested by Centralia Police for alleged disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to a residence. Lacie Linder of Choteau Avenue was taken to the Marion County Jail.
50-year-old Geoffrey Longden of South Washington in Salem was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies on an outstanding felony failure to appear warrant on criminal damage to property conviction. Bond is set at $15,000.
Salem Firemen responded to two calls. The first in the 2900 block of South College Street Road Saturday night turned out to be a controlled burn. The second call was to Glenwood Acres around four Sunday morning to a report of a wall furnace smoking at one of the apartments. Firemen disconnected the furnace until repairs could be made. There was no damage reported in either call.
