Also in 2a regional openers today, Columbia hosts Red Bud, Vandalia is at Flora, Wesclin at Greenville.
In 1a today, Altamont will host Ramsey, South Central welcomes conference rival Windsor/Stew Stras in their regional opener while North Clay hosts Brownstown/St Elmo, Sandoval is at home with Mt Olive.
And in 3a today Herrin hosts Carbondale and Cahokia is at Highland.
