Two new felony charges filed in Marion County Court

Bond was set at $7,500 for a 37-year-old Wamac man formally charged in Marion County Court on Friday with aggravated domestic battery.   Austin Pruett of Apple Street is accused of intentionally impeding the breathing of a family member.  if released on bond, Pruett was ordered to have no contact with the victim.   The public defender was appointed to represent him.

Bond was set at $10,000 for a 19-year-old Hoyleton Home resident charged with felony criminal damage to property to the Centralia High School Annex.   Harleigh Davison is accused of damaging floor tiles after throwing a chair.   The public defender was appointed to represent her.
