Tonight is the Class S state semifinals at Pinckneyville High School. The first game of the night at 6pm will feature undefeated Hoffman Trinity taking on Meridian Middle School followed at 7:15 by Jasper Grade School and Waltonville. The trophy games will be on Saturday at 2 and 3:30.
In Class L, Olney stayed undefeated winning the Region 8 tournament at Carmi over Flora 70-41. Olney will advance to play in the final opening round game from Rend Lake College on Saturday against Belleville West.
