Centralia Police say four to five shots were fired towards a car in the 800 block of Haussler Street late Wednesday morning.
Police report a person stepped from a home and fired shots at a person inside the vehicle. The vehicle then fled the scene.
The person who was in the car was later in contact with the police. Neither the alleged victim nor the car was struck by the bullets. They indicated the shots were fired as part of an ongoing domestic dispute.
Police say they have the name of the alleged shooter, but no arrest had yet been made.
The gunfire was reported at 11:30 Wednesday morning.
