Franklin Park opened up their volleyball season last night with a 3-set win. After winning their first set 25-17, Salem dropped the second 16-25 before winning the final set 15-10. Salem opened the night with a 6th grade win 25-10, 25-11 and the Salem JV won 25-5, 25-11.
Selmaville traveled to St Mary’s\Willow Grove and won 22-25, 25-17, 15-6. Morgan Kurwicki and Millie Snyder each had 9 points for the Lady Rockets. Selmaville also won the JV game 25-16, 25-11 with 12 points from Allie Hustedde and 10 from Alana Finney. Selmaville will play at Opdyke tonight.
South Central improved to 7-4 with their 25-21, 25-23 victory over Sandoval.
