The Salem Wildcats have been off all week, and will return to action tonight with a home game against Vandalia. The Cats are 11-12 on the season and care coming off a pair of losses last weekend at Columbia and at home to DuQuoin. Salem had their Tuesday game next week at West Frankfort canceled and are scheduled now to play next Friday at home against Wood River. Salem is still looking for a possible makeup game on Tuesday to replace the West Frankfort game. Listen tonight starting around 7:30 from B.E. Gum with the Wildcats taking on the Vandals.
South Central has canceled all their Saturday activities which included the freshmen boys at the St Elmo Tournament, the 8th grade volleyball matches at the Vandalia Tournament and the high school girls basketball games at home with Webber are all canceled.
