Class M State Tournament Moved To Monday….Class S Still Played Today

The Class M boys state tournament held at Okawville have been moved from Saturday and moved to Monday.  The tournament begins at 4pm with Goreville and Grant followed by NCOE and Aviston at 5:15, Sesser  Valier plays Fairfield at 6:30 and then Sparta Lincoln takes on Nashville at 7:45.

The Class S state tournament will open today at Pinckneyville High School.  The day begins at 9:30 with Jonesboro and St Mark’s Steeleville, at 10:45 Raccoon takes on undefeated Hoffman/Trinity Lutheran, Meridian takes on Allendale at 12, Valmeyer and Albers Damiansville at 1:15, St Boniface and Jasper at 2:30, Our Lady of Mount Carmel takes on Altamont Lutheran at 3:45, Hardin County plays TSJ Nashville at 5 and then Waltonville plays Bluford at 6:15 tonight.  The State quarterfinals will be Monday, semifinals on Thursday with the state trophy games next Saturday.
