Salem Police arrested a 34-year-old Iuka man Tuesday morning on a Clinton County failure to appear warrant for felony retail theft and possession of under five grams of methamphetamine.
Walter Williams of Green Road was taken to the Marion County Jail where he is being held in lieu of $5,000 bond. Police say Williams was a passenger in a car involved in a traffic stop at North College and Rogers Street.
