Centralia Police arrested two on felony drug charges on Saturday. 34-year-old Jeremy Toth of Benton is being held in the Marion County Jail for alleged possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance. 29-year-old Kelsey Cook of Baggott Street in Ziegler was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, obstructing ID, possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a Franklin County warrant for residential burglary with bond set at $20,000.
Salem Police arrested 54-year-old Jerry VanHoutin of Markland Drive in Salem for failure to appear in Marion County Court warrant in a possession of methamphetamine case and an Effingham County fraud case. He also faces a new charge of resisting a peace officer after allegedly leading Salem Police on a several block foot chase before he was taken into custody.
40-year-old Patrick Cobb of South Locust in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police for violation of bail bond. He was taken to the Marion County Jail.
Salem Police arrested 31-year-old Kirby Rinehart of East Boone in Salem on a Marion County felony warrant.
