By WJBD Staff Dec 2, 2021 | 8:35 AM

The Downtown Centralia Christmas Stroll is planned for Friday afternoon and evening.

Activities include shopping and dining downtown, the angel scavenger hunt, pictures with the Grinch, and food available from food trucks. For every twelve locations you find a Christmas Angel, you will receive a chance to win a Christmas basket.

From four to seven there will be live musical performances at the theatre. They include Centralia High School Rock 101 at four pm, Crying Oaks at five, CHS drama and choir Winter Performance at six, and Caden Cole at 6:30 pm. There will also be live nativity scenes and horse-drawn carriage rides.

The Stroll will feature Carolers, Characters, and Santa from five to seven.

Sections of Broadway and Locust downtown will both be closed to street traffic for the event.
