The City of Salem’s Halloween Costume Contest is being moved indoors due to the forecast for in climate weather.
The contest will now be held at the Salem Community Theatre. If you are entering the contest, please be at the theatre by 5:20 pm. Judging will begin at 5:30 pm.
There are four categories for judging: 3 years old and younger, 4 to 7 years old, 8-12 years old, and family.
