A 25-year-old Walnut Hill man has been sentenced to four years in prison after his probation was revoked in Marion County Court on a 2018 burglary conviction.
Jacob Wilson of Medlin Road will also have to complete one year of parole after getting out of prison. He was given credit for 35 days already served in the Marion County Jail.
As part of the sentence negotiation, prosecutors dropped a petition to revoke charge pending in a possession of meth case that would have required a consecutive prison term.
Wilson had originally pleaded guilty to burglary to a cabin at the Sportsman Lake in Salem.
