Doris Jean Frambes Vordtriede Goble, 73, of Salem, Illinois passed away September 7, 2022, at Salem Township Hospital.Born January 4, 1949, in Salem, she was the daughter of Byron and Reta (Albert) Frambes.The family invites friends to gather with them at the East Lawn Cemetery for graveside services at 11:00 am Tuesday, September 13, 2022. There will be no public visitation. The family suggests memorials be made to the family and will be accepted by the Sutherland – Rankin Funeral Home, P.O. Box 97, 310 N. She loved to make and sell crafted items, loved to sew, and especially cooking for her family.She married Darrell Ray Goble in Salem and he survives, along with her children Robert “Tony” Anthony (wife Cate) Vordtriede of Midlothian, TX and Kristin (husband Michael) Elizabeth Vordtriede Farrell of Glen Carbon, IL, and grandchildren Keegan and Caiden Farrell, Colin, Sean, Finn and Ethan Vordtriede. Also left to mourn her passing is her daughter-in-law of Sarah Ann (husband Rod) McCall Vordtriede Patton, and sister-in-law Jacqueline Frambes.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter Sheila Renee Vandeveer, son Paul Byron Vordtriede and brothers Gerald Lee and Ronald Duane Frambes.
