The Franklin Park Bobcats dropped their game with Teutopolis 6-0. Keytin Grawe had 2 hits to lead Salem. Brody Collier added a double.
Selmaville claimed a 13-5 win over Field. Carter Lowe tripled and was 2-4 with 3 RBI and 3 runs scored. Aaden Rostance was 3-4 with 2 RBI and the Rockets also got RBI from Alijah Carroll, Zane Dodson, Wyatt McCarty and Jaxon Ward.
Raccoon/Kell fell to Hoffman Trinity 13-2. In the loss, Michael Organ doubled, tripled and drove in a run along with scoring one. Jarrett Rushing went 2-3 and CJ Allison drove in the other run.
Patoka/Odin knocked off Brownstown 14-7. Ben Spencer homered twice going 3-3 with 6 RBI and 3 runs scored. Quinten Faulkner and Kyan Walker doubled both drivin gin runs along with Brady Cain and Blaize Murray. Walker was the winning pitcher going 3 innings allowing 4 hits and 4 runs with Bo Chapman working the final 3 innings.
SC looks to get to 14-0 today as they travel to Vandalia. The Falcons stayed unbeaten with an 8-6 win over Dieterich. Chase Guerrettaz, Sebastian Kruger and Luke Shumate all doubled. Shumate drove in a pair along with his brother Garret and Kaiden Harrell. Colt Cartright went 3-4 with 2 runs and an RBI. The 6th grader also picked up the save for starter Chase Guerrettaz.
Willow Grove/St Mary beat Central City 3-2. For the Citians, Brayden Wood homered going 2-3, Archie Goewey added a double and scored a run with Braxton Davis also driving in a run.
