The Salem Wildcat Cross Country team hosted their senior night cross country meet Tuesday afternoon at the Marion County Fairgrounds.
The Lady Cats won the girls race over Mt. Vernon and Centralia. The Lady Cats were led by Ivy Donoho who took third overall, followed by Breanna Thurman, Jaedyn Goostree, Alia Laird and Madison Smith. Alli Lammers of Centralia took first place and Bailee Pigg of Mt. Vernon was second.
In the boys race Mt. Vernon took the first four placements with Trey Mygatt first overall. For Salem Alek Bandy was top runner followed by Caden Beer, Ricardo Salgado, Branson Pappas and Rylan Crane. After the meet we honored our seniors Olivia Powless, Ryne Clark and Rylan Crane.
