Tamara Dawn Richards, age 50 of Centralia, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at her home.
Tamara was born on September 9, 1971, in Salem, the daughter of Gordon and Ruth Ann (Cripps) Richards.
Survivors include her father, Gordon Richards of Mt. Vernon; an uncle, Kenny Cripps and wife Bonnie of Iuka; aunt and guardian, Kathy Cripps of Salem; aunt, Jeanie Halterman and husband Steve of Salem; cousins, Amy Pratt and husband Brent of Salem and Kent Cripps and wife Melissa of Salem; and her extended family and caregivers at Murray Center.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Glen and Frances Cripps; and her mother, Ruth Ann Loss.
Tamara enjoyed spending time with her family, listening to music, and was always able to spot a good cookie.
Funeral services for Tamara Dawn Richards will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at Crouse Funeral Home in Salem with Kenny Cripps officiating. Burial will follow at Paradise Cemetery in Salem. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, and on Wednesday from 10:00 am until the time of the service.
