Two people were returned to the Marion County Jail on outstanding warrants on Tuesday.
42-year-old Emmanuel Neal of Cormick Street in Centralia was arrested for failure to appear on pending unlawful restraint and domestic battery charges. Bond is set at $25,000.
22-year-old Lauren Biegeleisen of Granite City was arrested for failure to appear on a pending misdemeanor theft charge. Bond on the warrant is set at $2,500.
