Three people remain in the Marion County Jail Tuesday morning following arrests on outstanding warrants.
44-year-old Seth Lambert of Burks Road in Vernon was arrested by Wamac Police on a petition to revoke his probation on a possession of methamphetamine case. Bond is set at $10,000.
51-year-old Paul Drake of Kerr Street in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police on an outstanding Marion County felony petition to revoke probation on a conviction for unlawful possession of a credit or debit card.
43-year-old Steven Wathan of Xenia is being held in lieu of $2,500 bond on a Marion County misdemeanor petition to revoke probation on a criminal damage to property conviction. Wathan was picked up by Clay County Sheriff’s Deputies and later transferred to the Marion County Jail.
