Centralia Police say two people involved in an early Saturday morning fight near the intersection of McCord and Hickory Streets have been arrested.
25-year-old Anthony Hernandez of North Hickory in Centralia was arrested for alleged aggravated battery for allegedly striking 24-year-old Kollin Young of Jefferson Street in Sandoval with a bat.
Young was also arrested for alleged aggravated assault for allegedly threatening Hernandez with a bat and pipe.
Police say the two apparently had gotten into a disagreement earlier at a Wamac bar before the fight broke out on the street.
Both were taken to the Marion County Jail where they remained on Sunday.
